 Marshall Diner staff welcomes you

MARSHALL DINER

With all the menu choices and availability of a diner located in a metropolitan area, the Marshall Diner at 8543 W Main Street in Marshall affords us the best of both worlds here in our rural community. Both local residents and those passing through can always depend on having a place to eat from 7am to 8pm each day!

For as little as $2 for a breakfast sandwich or $2.99 for a Grilled Cheese & Chips, the Marshall Diner could not be a more reasonably priced restaurant. Delicious country breakfasts including Chipped Beef and Sausage gravies are served any time and their pecan waffles are a favorite offering.

Menu options include large, fresh salads such as Steak or Salmon Caesar, Cold or Hot Sandwiches & Subs, Burgers, Fries, Pastas, and entrees which include Fried Chicken, Country Ham, Steaks, Pork Chops, Catfish and Tilapia. Homemade soups are made fresh daily.

The owner, Ammar Alfrookh, having come to this country in 2001, epitomizes the American dream. He began by working for a diner in Manassas, and with the help of his brother he was able to buy the Marshall Diner in 2004. He and his wife are now the proud parents of a new baby girl.

Ammar and his staff of 6 enjoys working together and it shows. They work hard to meet the goal of their diner's slogan “America's Favorite Place to Eat”

Enjoy the choices this quaint diner offers us 7 days a week. You'll find a bright and friendly ambience waiting for you!

Hours are 7am-8pm, 7 days a week. Eat in or carry out if you wish.

TWO IMPORTANT LIBRARY ORIENTED MEETINGS IN FEBRUARY:

On February 9th at 4 pm there will be a Community Meeting at the Marshall Community Center to discuss concerns and show support for the Marshall library. All ages are encouraged to attend. The press and Library Board members will be invited, too- so please come and be seen!

There will also be a Board of Supervisors meeting at 6:30 on February 18th at the Warren Green Building in Warrenton and that we want to get as many people there as possible as a show of support for the library. We will have an opportunity to speak during the citizen's comment period. Please let everyone concerned know about this.  Let us show them that we care about our library.
